The implementation of Wholesale solutions can require the delivery of highly complex network infrastructure.
To ensure smooth, timely and successful delivery, we’ve put together a dedicated Customer Project Management service to manage all of your project requirements.
Our highly experienced Project Managers will work in partnership with you from the planning phase through to delivery, providing you with a single point of contact for updates, scheduling, escalation, regular reviews, and managing all your requirements end to end.

In the case of LLU bulk migrations, we provide you with a standard project service or a strategic project managed service for managing bulk migrations. The standard service is sufficient to allow  you to migrate your customer base to LLU in an efficient and seamless manner. With the Project Managed service, which is an optional extra service for our Wholesale customers, we provide a premium level service to you which ensures that orders are scheduled at specific time intervals and the entire process is managed with regular project team calls/meetings with you.
