System Overview
The Wholesale Unified Gateway is our order management and fault handling system – currently used by 53 service providers and having handled over 8 million transactions since launch - making order and fault logging straight forward for the products it supports.
The Gateway accepts and validates all orders and faults and then provides appropriate notifications in response, tracking each order or fault through to completion or resolution. It allows third-party interaction with eircom Wholesale over file-based transfer (FTP), online Web access and a real time web services interface, linking our Service Providers systems directly with the Wholesale Unified Gateway.
