Survey Results

The 2010 Wholesale customer survey, carried out by Millward Brown Lansdowne, showed a 17% increase in overall customer satisfaction levels.

MB Landsdowne conducted the survey across the Wholesale customer base over a six week period in May/June 2010.

Commenting on the results acting Director of Wholesale Gerry McAndrew said,

“I want to thank all of those customers that took the time to complete the survey. The feedback we receive through the survey process is a key input into the development of our work programmes. In the past year the approach we took to developing our Ethernet services, the customer training programmes on our unified Gateway and communication of services and products were all informed by the feedback from our last customer survey. We are continuing with a more open approach to the wholesale business through our open access FTTH trial.”

Looking to the future John continued “While we are pleased that the efforts we have made to improve our network and service performance are reflected in higher customer satisfaction ratings we are acutely aware that there is a great deal more to do and are committed to stepping up our performance – particularly with regard to the responsiveness and quality of information available at our customer touch points”.
